Man Loses Weight with Junk Food

Human nutrition professor Mark Haub, did a study to show losing weight is solely based on your caloric intake. For 10 full weeks the Kansas State Professor ate a sugary type of junk food every 3 hours. His junk foods of choice:  Twinkies,nutty bars,powdered donuts, little Debbie snacks, doritos chips, sugary cereals and oreos! In just two short months he was able to lose 27 pounds! In no way is this diet “healthy” but he did prove a theory in my head very right! Eat less calories than you burn. Sounds simple enough!
